HFSC invites you to our annual meeting, "Family Information Day" on May 6, 2023 at the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel!

Family Information Day is an annual event held to educate, inform, and support the bleeding disorders community in Southern California. Attendees ages 3+ will receive a ticket to Knott's Berry Farm .

**THIS EVENT IS FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH BLEEDING DISORDERS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY"

Event Day Details:

Parking: Parking is FREE at the Hotel.

Food: Lunch will be provided. HFSC will do our best to accommodate food restrictions.

Youth Program: Children ages 5-12 have the option to be checked in to our Youth program. If you choose not to register your child or if your child does not qualify for the youth program, please be aware that you are responsible for your child at all times during the program.

Tickets to Knott's Berry Farm will be distributed ONLY after the event is completed in its entirety and ONLY for members attending the educational sessions. If you are not present at the event, unfortunately, we cannot give you a ticket.
